Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery in Pakistan. No international shipping is available at this time.
2. Courier Partners
All orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier services such as PostEx, TRAX, TCS, or equivalent logistics providers.
3. Shipping Timeframes
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivery on the next business day, unless the next day is a weekend or public holiday, in which case the order will be delivered on the following working day
Order processing begins only after confirmation of the order.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected by the customer:
- Standard Shipping: PKR 250
- Express Shipping: PKR 450
- Free Shipping: Orders of PKR 5000 or more qualify for free standard delivery
5. Missed Deliveries
If a customer fails to receive a delivery due to personal unavailability, incorrect address, or any other reason:
- Momantic is not liable for delays or missed timelines
- Customers may be required to bear the cost of reshipping
- Orders may be returned to sender and reattempted at customer’s expense
6. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
