Refund policy

At Momantic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure our perfumes meet the highest quality standards. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help—within the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Damaged item received (e.g., broken bottle, leakage)
- Wrong item received (e.g., incorrect fragrance or quantity)
- Fragrance not as described on the product page
- Scent issue or dissatisfaction, provided the product is mostly unused (major liquid difference will invalidate return eligibility)
Returns will only be considered if the product is in its original packaging and has not been heavily used.
3. Proof Required
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item, liquid level)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
We reserve the right to reject any request where evidence is insufficient or if the product is found to be used beyond acceptable return standards.
4. Refunds and Replacements
After your return is approved, you may be eligible for:
- Full Refund – if the error is on our part (e.g., wrong/damaged product)
- Replacement – subject to availability
- Store Credit – in cases where refund or replacement is not viable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as bank transfer within 7 working days of approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is based on customer dissatisfaction or scent issues, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Perfumes that have been heavily used (significant reduction in liquid quantity)
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of issue
